Cyn has kindly offered to coordinate the Spring production which will be a series of very short one act plays by various playwrights all about different stages of relationships. We will need adults of all ages for the plays so if you’d like a chance to take on a small role or try acting for the first time – this could be your chance!

Each play has only two adults in the cast but we’d also like to give some people the opportunity to have a go at directing. Gwyn and Jo have already offered – why not make this your directing debute?

We need to know who might be interested in being involved in this production so please contact Cyn on 01489 860327 orcynandroy@btinternet.com  to register your interest. Cyn and Shelley will be ringing round later this month to follow this up.

The production dates are 26th,27th, 28th March 2015 with dress rehearsals the previous weekend. Rehearsals will begin in people’s houses and then be on Monday evenings 8 –10pm at the hall.

Monday 22nd 6pm Donna’s – if you haven’t already let Jaz know you’d like to join us, do get in touch – jazknoxlangford@live.co.uk

As a result of a very generous audience and UP members, we collected £150 at the Saturday evening raffle, to be divided equally between the Wessex Cancer Trust and the Countess Mountbatten Hospice in memory of Margaret Cochrane and Dave Plumb.

Another busy and successful year for the Upham Players – thank you all for your continued support and commitment and have a very Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year.
